Our take
As a portable monitor, this UPERFECT lapdock does a lot of things right. The 120Hz panel is great for gaming, and the 3ms response keeps things sharp. I like that it has a built-in battery, so I don't need to find a power outlet. However, the 250-nit brightness feels dim even indoors, and the 800:1 contrast makes blacks look grayish. The wireless connection is handy but occasionally drops. The build quality feels solid, but the price is steep for a 1080p screen. It's a good option if you need a second monitor on the go.
